Asking for grammar help with a word or two is okay and does not require a citation.
If you ask a tool to paraphrase part of your work using any paraphrasing tool like the ones found in Grammarly, Quilbot or Scribbr then you will be expected to put it in cite it. This is not recommended.
A better method would be to ask it for feedback and have it provide suggestion like below.
