Asking for grammar help with a word or two is okay and does not require a citation.
If you ask a tool to paraphrase part of your work using any paraphrasing tool like the ones found in Grammarly, Quilbot or Scribbr then you will be expected to put it in quotation marks and cite it. This is not recommended.
A better method would be to ask it for feedback and have it provide suggestion like below.
ChatGPT is one of the WORST choices for citations. It mixes up information so do NOT use it. Try any of the other generators.
